How do I install the extension?+
Create an account, open the guided setup in your dashboard, and follow the Chrome Web Store link. Use the same Chrome profile for the extension and your CloseLynx session.
Why does the extension say I'm not signed in?+
Sign in to the dashboard again in the same Chrome profile. CloseLynx creates a gateway-scoped token valid for five minutes when each call starts.
Which calls are compatible?+
Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom are supported in Chrome. For Zoom, join through the Zoom Web App, if the host allows joining from a browser. Open the call, show the CloseLynx side panel, and confirm that you informed participants before capture starts.
Which analysis modes can I use?+
Standard costs 1 credit per minute. Advanced speaker separation costs 2 credits and requires Team or Business. Premium AI costs 3 credits and requires Business.
How are credits deducted?+
Each started minute is billed according to the selected mode. Monthly credits, purchased packs, and every deduction are tracked in an append-only accounting ledger.
What happens if the connection drops?+
Confirmed transcript segments are saved progressively. A technical interruption marks the call as failed rather than completed, so an incomplete transcript cannot be sent as a normal call summary. Previously saved data is retained according to your organization's policy.
How can I export or delete my data?+
Account settings let you request a full export or delete your account. The workflow covers sessions, database records, Stripe, and stored objects. Team and Business also include consolidated CSV exports.
Report an incident effectively
Give the approximate time, the call duration, the Chrome version, the analysis mode, the step involved and the behavior you observed. Do not send confidential data belonging to your prospect.
