Using CloseLynx implies acceptance of these terms. The user acts on their own behalf or with the authorization of the organization they join.
Service description
CloseLynx provides a Chrome extension and a dashboard for transcribing supported browser video calls, live sales suggestions and post-call analyses. Results are working aids that must be reviewed before any external use.
Account and organizations
Each user is responsible for their credentials and for the actions taken from their account. Owners and admins manage the members, roles, teams, seats, exports and settings of their organization. An organization must keep at least one owner and cannot be deleted during an active call or processing.
Credits, plans and packs
Each started minute uses 1 credit in Standard mode, 2 credits with advanced speaker separation and 3 credits in Premium AI. Credits included in a plan are granted per cycle, and per seat for Team and Business. Unused cycle credits expire at the end of the cycle. Packs are one-off purchases, credited once payment is confirmed and valid for 12 months.
User responsibilities
The user must inform participants of transcription and analysis when the law or the context requires it, obtain the necessary authorizations, respect third-party rights and not use the service for prohibited decisions, covert surveillance or unlawful data processing.
Availability and maintenance
CloseLynx implements health, recovery, backup and monitoring mechanisms, but no online service can guarantee absolute availability. Maintenance or interruptions may occur to preserve the security and quality of the product.
Service limitations
Quality depends in particular on the audio, language and context of the call. Generated transcripts, scores, advice and emails may contain errors. The user remains responsible for the conversation, their communications, their sales decisions and the validation of the content produced.
Termination and deletion
A plan can be cancelled from the billing portal and remains applicable according to its contractual status. The account and organizations can be deleted from the product after security checks. An account may be suspended in case of abuse, security breach or violation of these terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
CloseLynx is a service intended for professionals. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their formation, interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction over the publisher’s registered office, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
