Public roadmap

What's shipped and what's next

We share the product's actual progress, not a list of promises. Shipped means implemented; everything else is a plan, not a release-date commitment.

How to read this roadmap

Only the Shipped column describes implemented functionality. Other columns reflect our current priorities and may change with customer feedback. We do not promise release dates until a feature has been tested with real sales calls.

Shipped

Available today

Implemented features. External integrations still require live validation before a public launch.

01
  • 01

    Chrome extension and side panel

A Manifest V3 extension opens a side panel alongside your Google Meet call. No bot joins the meeting, and no additional participant appears in the attendee list.

  • 02

    Separate tab and microphone capture

Tab audio and microphone audio are captured separately to help identify who said what. Recording only starts after you explicitly opt in.

  • 03

    Live transcription

Deepgram transcribes the conversation in real time, with text appearing in the side panel as the call progresses.

  • 04

    Three analysis modes

Standard mode uses 1 credit per minute, advanced speaker separation uses 2 credits, and Premium AI uses 3 credits. Choose a mode before starting a call.

  • 05

    Live sales suggestions

Spot objections during calls and get a suggested response. Live suggestions depend on your plan's entitlements.

  • 06

    Post-call summary

A structured summary, objections, pain points, next steps, and call score are generated after the call ends.

  • 07

    Follow-up email draft

Get a follow-up drafted from what was actually said on the call, ready for your review before sending.

  • 08

    Sales playbooks

Save your strongest objection-handling responses and reuse them to guide live suggestions.

  • 09

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM, Slack, and Teams

Each rep can connect their own Google or Microsoft calendar and mailbox. The calendar identifies the prospect, and follow-ups use the rep's Gmail or Outlook account. Completed call notes can sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. Organizations can also notify a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel about analyzed or failed calls and sent follow-ups. Available on Starter, Pro, Team, and Business.

  • 10

Explained call scores and team performance

Every score includes a breakdown of its contributing factors. Managers can track calls, scores, follow-ups, and objections for each rep on Team and Business.

  • 11

    API and webhooks

Organization API keys provide access to calls and offers. Signed webhooks report call analysis events. The public subscription API supports creating, testing, and deleting endpoints for Zapier and Make integrations, with Team and Business.

  • 12

    Organizations, roles, and seats

Organizations, teams, invitations, roles, and seat management. Business data is scoped to the organization on the server.

  • 13

    Subscriptions and credit packs

Organization-based subscriptions include credits per seat, with optional credit packs for heavier months.

  • 14

    Exports, audit, and support

CSV exports, an audit log, and priority support are available according to the subscription plan.

  • 15

    Data controls

Configurable retention periods, full account export, and data deletion workflows across the database, object storage, and billing.

  • 16

    Monitoring and backups

Service monitoring, metrics, alerts, PostgreSQL and object-storage backups, and a documented restore procedure.

In progress

What we're improving

Active work, without announced release dates.

02
  • 01

    Translation review and consistency

The core site and app interfaces are available in French, English, and Spanish. Guides and use cases are available in French, English and Spanish. Historical blog posts remain French-only until reviewed translations are approved. Transactional emails and legal copy also need editorial review before an international campaign.

  • 02

    Better suggestions on complex calls

Improving detection for multiple speakers, dropped audio, and indirectly expressed objections, where results are currently less reliable.

  • 03

    A broader objection library

Expanding beyond price, timing, competition, and missing decision-makers.

Planned

Up next

Priorities under consideration; the design may still change.

03
  • 01

    Custom follow-up templates

Let teams set the structure, tone, and required wording for generated follow-up drafts.

Exploring

Ideas we're evaluating

Potential future work, with no commitment to ship.

04
  • 01

    More video meeting platforms

We are considering additional platforms beyond Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, which already work through the Chrome extension without a meeting bot.

  • 02

    Coaching scorecards and call reviews

Let managers evaluate calls using a team-defined scorecard, based on the call summary instead of requiring a full replay.

  • 03

    Industry-specific AI context

Tune the analysis to an organization's vocabulary and sales cycle while keeping live suggestions easy to understand.
